• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date for credit repair plans only. No refunds will be granted for digital products or one-time consultations.

• To be eligible for a refund, clients must demonstrate that they have diligently followed the instructions and recommendations provided by Oladokun Consulting Group credit repair program.

2. Exclusions from Refund:

• Refunds will not be granted if the client has not actively engaged with the credit repair program or has failed to provide the necessary documentation or information requested by Oladokun Consulting Group.

• Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered, including but not limited to credit reports obtained or disputes initiated on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Oladokun Consulting Group outlining the reasons for the refund and providing any supporting documentation.

• All refund requests will be reviewed by Oladokun Consulting Group within a reasonable timeframe.

• If the refund request is approved, the prorated refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, less the credit analysis fee and applicable days of service.

4. Dispute Resolution:

• If a client disagrees with the decision regarding their refund request, they may escalate the matter by contacting our customer support team at info@poweredbyocg.com.

• Oladokun Consulting Group will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes regarding refund requests in a fair and timely manner.

• Oladokun Consulting Group reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
